This post is for those who use hackbar and have just updated to the new Firefox 33 and getting the problem not displaying the hackbar.
For Whom who is facing a Hackbar Issue in Firefox 33.
Just Edit the userChrome.css and
add this line
Linux : ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxx.default/chrome where xxxx is a number
Windows : %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<Profilordner>\chrome\toolbar {max-height:370px !important;}
